目的 :观察达克宁栓联合斯皮仁诺治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法 :随机选择复发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者 30例 ,半年内发作次数 2次以上 ,选用达克宁栓联合斯皮仁诺治疗一疗程 (4d) ,停药后 7～ 10d和 2 8～35d判断其近期疗效和远期疗效。结果 :治疗后近、远期临床症状明显改善 ,近期临床完全治愈率 33 .3 % ,真菌学治愈率 90 % ;远期临床完全治愈率 5 3 .3 % ;真菌学治愈率 96 .7% ,总有效率为 10 0 % ,副反应发生率为 10 %。结论 :达克宁栓联合斯皮仁诺治疗复发性念珠菌性阴道炎安全、简便、快速、有效
Objective: To observe the curative effect of MDT combined with Sporanox on recurrent candidal vaginitis. Methods: Thirty patients with recurrent Candida vaginitis were randomly selected. The number of seizures was more than 2 times within six months. The patients were treated with doxepin and spilarenol for one course of treatment (4 days), 7 to 10 days and 28 to 35 days after drug withdrawal The recent efficacy and long-term efficacy. Results: After treatment, the clinical symptoms in the near future were significantly improved. The clinical complete cure rate was 33.3% and the mycological cure rate was 90%. The long-term clinical complete cure rate was 53.3%. The mycological cure rate was 96.7% , The total effective rate was 10 0%, the incidence of side effects was 10%. Conclusion: MDT combined with Sporanox treatment of recurrent candidal vaginitis is safe, simple, rapid and effective
