电容器无功补偿,在我国一些煤矿至今还没有引起足够的重视,这是技术经济上的一大损失。我们知道,煤矿用电的自然力率是很低的,一般在0.4~0.8之间。随着昼夜负荷的变化,从电网吸取大量的无功。之所以如此,客视上例如:防爆型电动机力率偏低,国内尚未生产防爆型同步电动机,主观上例如:矿用变压器运行多不能接近满载,防爆电动机容量多不能合理选配。在尽量采取措施提高自然力率的基础上,充分采用电容补偿是极其必要的。其主要效益有以下几点:
