目的了解宁波市市属医疗机构消毒质量状况,为加强医院消毒与灭菌管理工作提供参考。方法采用现场采样和微生物检测方法,对宁波市10家市属医疗机构不同对象消毒质量进行监测与分析。结果连续3年从10家医院共采集不同消毒对象标本1 247份,消毒质量平均合格率为89.82%;2012-2014年度平均合格率依次为82.58%、93.42%和92.00%。在不同监测对象中,以医务人员手消毒合格率最低,为76.82%,压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌质量监测结果全部合格。10家市属医院监测结果基本一致。结论宁波市市属医疗机构消毒效果质量总体较好,医务人员手卫生需重点改进和提高。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of municipal medical institutions in Ningbo, to provide reference for strengthening the hospital disinfection and sterilization management. Methods On-site sampling and microbiological testing methods were used to monitor and analyze the disinfection quality of different objects in 10 medical institutions in Ningbo. Results A total of 1 247 samples of different disinfection objects were collected from 10 hospitals for three consecutive years. The average pass rate of disinfection quality was 89.82%. The average pass rates in 2012-2014 were 82.58%, 93.42% and 92.00% respectively. In different monitoring objects, the lowest rate of disinfection by medical staff was 76.82%. The results of pressure sterilizer sterilization quality monitoring were all qualified. The monitoring results of 10 municipal hospitals are basically the same. Conclusion The quality of disinfection effect of municipal medical institutions in Ningbo is generally good, and the hand hygiene of medical personnel needs to be improved and enhanced.
