湖南省郴州专署档案管理科,根据各级档案部门精简机构,下放干部支援农业第一綫的情况,业务指导工作采取了专、县档案科、馆联合搞试验田的方法,于去年十月间以专署档案科为主,组织郴县、永兴等县档案馆的干部到该区汝桂县档案馆根据“以党的方针政策为纲整理档案”的要求,进行了试点.通过实践,总结了经验,并召开了全区县市档案馆、科现场会议。实行这种业务指导的方法,很受档案干部的欢迎。它的好处主要是:(1)力量集中,研究问题较为深透;(2)不仅有重点地
