社会管理创新的法治化建设,是促进国家利益协调发展的必然要求,是破解发展困境、构建社会主义和谐社会、深入落实科学发展观的必然要求,更是维护最广大人民根本利益的必然要求。本文从社会管理创新法治化建设的必要性入手,分析了社会管理创新法治化建设所面临的问题,从而提出了相应的对策。
The legalization of social management innovation is an inevitable requirement for promoting the coordinated development of national interests and an inevitable requirement for cracking down development difficulties, building a socialist harmonious society and thoroughly implementing the scientific concept of development. It is also a necessary requirement for safeguarding the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people. This article starts from the necessity of innovating the legal administration of social management, analyzes the problems faced by the legal administration of social management innovation, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
