通过计算江苏省三次产业及服务业内各行业产业偏离度和就业弹性,分析目前江苏省服务业就业特点及就业吸纳能力,提出拓展江苏省服务业就业的政策建议,积极发挥第二产业的带动作用,加强服务业与其他产业的联动效应;保留传统服务业和发展新兴产业并举;积极开放服务业市场,鼓励非国有经济和外资进入公共服务业;提高劳动者素质,为产业结构升级做好准备。
By calculating the industrial deviance and employment elasticity of various industries in three industries and service industries of Jiangsu Province, this paper analyzes the current employment characteristics and employment absorptive capacity of service industries in Jiangsu Province, puts forward some policy suggestions on expanding service industry employment in Jiangsu Province and actively promotes the secondary industry , Strengthen the linkage effect between service industry and other industries, keep traditional service industry and develop new industries simultaneously, actively open service market and encourage non-state-owned economy and foreign capital to enter public service industry, improve the quality of workers and prepare for the upgrading of industrial structure .
