我国经济发展长期存在着产业结构不合理、产业技术水平落后等问题,而外商直接投资的大举进入在相当程度上改善了这些问题,同时也带来了一些负面作用。本文从产业升级的角度出发,分别剖析了外商直接投资对我国产业升级的积极和消极影响。
Long-standing problems in China’s economic development include the irrational industrial structure and the backward technological level of industries. The massive entry of foreign direct investment has considerably solved these problems and brought some negative effects. From the perspective of industrial upgrading, this paper analyzes the positive and negative impacts of FDI on the industrial upgrading in China.
