莫斯科小儿颌面外科中心,1987~1996年施行下颌骨整形手术175例,患者年龄1~18岁。①肿瘤切除后下颌骨缺损66例,一期整形41例,二期15例,延期10例。植入材料:异体股骨14例,异体下颌骨37例,钛合金7例,异体骨加自体骨6例,自体骨2例。②血源性下颌骨髓炎后颞颌关节强直,关节成形术46例(双侧15例)。植入材料:异体股骨15例,异体下颌骨29例,异体骨加自体骨1例,自体骨1例。③第一、第二鳃弓综合征,下颌骨发育不全合并髁状突缺如31例。植入材料:异体股骨3例,异体下颌骨20例,异体骨加自体骨3例,自体骨加钛合金2例,自体骨3例。④外伤
Pediatric maxillofacial surgery center in Moscow, 1987 to 1996 underwent mandibular plastic surgery 175 cases, patients aged 1 to 18 years. ① mandibular defect after resection of the tumor in 66 cases, a plastic in 41 cases, two cases in 15 cases, delayed in 10 cases. Implant material: 14 cases of allogeneic femur, 37 cases of allogeneic mandible, 7 cases of titanium alloy, allograft plus autologous bone in 6 cases, autologous bone in 2 cases. ② blood-induced osteomyelitis of temporomandibular joint ankylosis, arthroplasty in 46 cases (bilateral 15 cases). Implant materials: 15 cases of allogeneic femur, 29 cases of allogeneic mandible, allograft plus autologous bone in 1 case and autologous bone in 1 case. ③ first and second gill arch syndrome, mandibular hypoplasia complicated by condylar absence, such as 31 cases. Implant materials: 3 cases of allogeneic femur, 20 cases of allogeneic mandible, 3 cases of allogenic bone plus autologous bone, 2 cases of autologous bone plus titanium alloy and 3 cases of autologous bone. ④ trauma
