目的:探讨医院消毒供应管理中应用PDCA循环法的效果。方法:将我院消毒供应中心2009年12月～2010年12月应用PDCA循环法管理后的各区域工作质量(清洗合格率、包装合格率、无菌物品抽样合格率)与2005年12月～2006年12月应用PDCA循环法管理前相比较。并对实施前后的消毒供应中心的物品、器械、器具的日处理量,护士学习的积极性及其他科室的满意率进行比较。结果:PDCA循环法实施后各区域的清洗合格率、包装合格率、无菌物品抽样合格率较实施前显著上升(P<0.05);且实施后消毒供应中心的物品、器械、器具的日处理量,护士学习的积极性及其他科室的满意率显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论 :医院消毒供应管理中应用PDCA循环法有助于提高工作质量,工作效率和护士学习的积极性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of PDCA circulation method in hospital disinfection supply management. Methods: The quality of work (cleaning pass rate, packing pass rate and sampling rate of aseptic products) of each district after PDCA cycle management was controlled by our hospital disinfection supply center from December 2009 to December 2010 was compared with that of December 2005 ~ December 2006 Application of PDCA cycle management before comparison. And compare the daily processing capacity of articles, instruments and appliances before and after the implementation of disinfection and supply centers, the enthusiasm of nurses and the satisfaction rate of other departments. Results: After passing the PDCA cycle method, the cleaning pass rate, packaging pass rate and sampling pass rate of aseptic products increased significantly (P <0.05) after the implementation of the PDCA cycle method. And after the implementation of the disinfection supply center items, instruments, appliances, daily processing The enthusiasm of nurses and the satisfaction rates of other departments were significantly higher than those before implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of PDCA circulation method in hospital disinfection supply management can help improve the quality of work, work efficiency and nurse learning enthusiasm.
