目的观察抗生素联合中成药治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法 106例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组,每组53例。对照组给以左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用妇科千金片治疗,14d为1疗程,3疗程后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组半年内复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗生素联合妇科千金片治疗慢性盆腔疗效显著,安全、经济,适合社区医院应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of antibiotics combined with proprietary Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 106 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 53 cases. The control group was treated with levofloxacin and metronidazole. The treatment group was treated with gynecology Qianjin tablets on the basis of the control group. The treatment group was treated with 1 course of treatment for 14 days. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after 3 courses of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The recurrence rate of the treatment group within six months was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of antibiotics and gynecology Qianjin tablets has significant curative effect on chronic pelvic obstruction, which is safe, economical and suitable for community hospital.
