目的:观察麻杏石甘汤配合抗生素治疗肺心病合并肺部感染的疗效方法:选择肺心病合并肺部感染者30例。随机对照组10例和治疗组20例,对照组只采用抗生素治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组比较:在缩短疗程,减轻症状,改善心功能及患者生活质量方面疗效确切。
Objective: To observe the effect of Maxing Shigan Decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease complicated with pulmonary infection. Methods: Thirty patients with pulmonary heart disease and pulmonary infection were selected. Randomized control group 10 cases and treatment group 20 cases, the control group only treated with antibiotics. Results: Compared with the control group, the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in shortening the course of treatment, alleviating the symptoms, improving the heart function and the quality of life of the patients.
