菊花制剂(水提醇沉法制作)具有显著增加离体兔心和在体狗心冠脉流量的作用,可使由刺激脑中枢引起的缺血性心电图 ST 段压低的状况得到改善,提高小白鼠对减压缺氧的耐受性。初步研究结果表明,该制剂扩张冠脉的作用,与心肌收缩时代谢产物的舒血管作用以及β-肾上腺素能受体无关。毒性试验表明,该制剂对心、肝和肾的功能皆无明显损害,临床上已用于冠心病治疗,疗效较显著。
