郑利平1961年生于广东揭阳。南开大学经济博士、哈佛大学公共管理硕士(MPA/ Mason Fellow)、中山大学经济学硕士、华南理工大学工学学士;清华大学公共管理学院兼职研究员,中山大学、华南理工大学、广东外语外贸大学、上海音乐学院客座教授,荣宝斋画院教授,深圳述古堂驻堂画家,中国美协会员。曾获首届中国写意画展优秀奖等奖项。作品《查尔斯河上》作为唯一的画作被永久陈列于哈佛大学中国厅。《美术观察》、《美术》、《荣宝斋》等刊物多次刊载其画作及对其作品进行评论。
Cheng Liping was born in 1961 in Jieyang, Guangdong. MPA / Mason Fellow from Harvard University, Master of Economics from Sun Yat-sen University, Bachelor of Engineering from South China University of Technology; Adjunct Fellow of Tsinghua University School of Public Administration, Sun Yat-sen University, South China University of Technology, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Shanghai Visiting Professor at the Conservatory of Music, Professor Rong Bao Zhai Painting Academy, Shenzhen Shu Gu Tong Shou Tang, painter of China Artists Association. Won the first China Freehand Painting Exhibition Excellence Award and other awards. The work “Charles on the River” as the only painting was permanently displayed at Harvard University China Hall. “Art Watch”, “Fine Arts”, “Rong Bao Zhai” and other publications published his paintings on many occasions and comment on their works.
