三七为传统中药,具有散瘀止血、消肿定痛等功效。三七皂苷是三七的主要活性部位,具有增强机体功能、增加冠脉血流量、扩张血管、降低心肌耗氧量、抑制血小板聚集、降低血粘度等药理活性。高效液相色谱(HPLC)法具有快速、高效、分离效能高、重现性好、结果准确可靠等优势,被广泛应用于三七药材及其制剂的现代药学研究中。综述HPLC法在三七及其制剂现代药学研究中的应用,为三七(提取物)及其制剂的质量控制和评价及临床药学研究提供参考和依据。
Notoginseng is a traditional Chinese medicine, with stasis to stop bleeding, swelling and other effects of pain. Panax notoginsenoside is the main active site of Panax notoginseng, which has the functions of enhancing the body function, increasing coronary blood flow, dilating blood vessels, reducing myocardial oxygen consumption, inhibiting platelet aggregation and lowering blood viscosity. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has the advantages of fast, high efficiency, high separation efficiency, good reproducibility, accurate and reliable results and is widely used in the modern pharmaceutical research of Panax notoginseng and its preparation. This review summarizes the application of HPLC in the research of modern pharmacy of Panax notoginseng and its preparation and provides reference and basis for the quality control and evaluation of Panax notoginseng (extract) and its preparation and clinical pharmacy research.
