应用视觉电生理记录分析系统,记录5个对数单位范围的刺激光强作用下,20例(30只眼)新西兰大白兔和20例(30只眼)正常成人的系列光强视网膜电图,求出视网膜电图 b 波的光强-振幅函数关系和曲线方程。结果:在低和中等刺激光强下,b 波振幅和刺激光强的函数关系为“S”型曲线,曲线方程符合 Naka-Rushton 等式:R/R_(max)=I~n/(I~n+K~n)。在较强刺激光强下,曲线出现第二上升支。该第二上升支是视网膜视杆系统反应和视锥系统反应共同作用的结果。
The visual electrophysiological recording and analysis system was used to record the series light intensity electroretinogram of 20 adult New Zealand white rabbits (20 eyes) and 20 normal adults (30 eyes) under the stimulus light intensity of 5 logarithmic units. Find the relationship between light intensity and amplitude function and curve equation of electroretinography. Results: Under the low and middle stimulus light intensity, the relationship between the b-wave amplitude and the stimulus light intensity is the “S” curve, the curve equation is in accordance with Naka-Rushton equation: R / R max = (I ~ n + K ~ n). In the strong stimulus light intensity curve appears second rising branch. This second ascending branch is the result of the combined action of the retina rod system reaction and the cone system reaction.
