北京市成人教育研究会成立大会,于十一月十四日上午在中直礼堂召开。北京市成人教育研究会正式成立。出席大会的领导,有中央教育部副部长、中国成人教育协会会长臧伯平同志,中央教育部工农教育局副局长、中国成人教育协会秘书长姚仲达同志,北京市政协副主席、北京市成人教育研究会名誉会长廖沫沙同志,原北京市工农教育局局长、北京市成人教育研究会顾问巩廓如同志,北京市委教育部副部长、北京市成人教育研究会顾问谭元堃同志,北京市教育学会会长韩作黎同志,北京市工农教育委员会副主任、北京市工农教育办公室主任关世雄同志。北京市工农教育委员会、北京市总工会、共青团北京市委等单位的领导同志,也出席了大会。参加大会的有经委、财办、建委等系统和市区县所属单位的教育干部、教师一千多人。
Beijing Adult Education Research Association was established, and was held in Zhongzheng Auditorium on the morning of November 14. Beijing Adult Education Research Association was formally established. The leaders of the conference attended the meeting were Vice Minister of the Central Ministry of Education, Comrade Zang Bo Ping, President of China Adult Education Association, Deputy Director General of the Bureau of Industry and Agriculture Bureau of the Central Government, Comrade Yao Zhongda, Secretary General of China Adult Education Association, Vice Chairman of CPPCC Beijing Municipal Committee, Honorary president Comrade Liaosha, former director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Industry and Agriculture, Beijing Adult Education Research Consultants, such as Comrade Gong Ruo, Vice Minister of Education of Beijing Municipal Committee, Beijing Institute of Adult Education Consultant Tan Yuan-kun, Beijing Institute of Education President Comrade Han Zuoli, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Commission of industry and agriculture, comrade Guan Shishou, director of the Beijing Municipal Office of Workers and Peasants Education. Beijing Municipal Commission of industry and agriculture, Beijing Federation of Trade Unions, Communist Youth League Beijing Municipal Committee and other leading comrades, also attended the meeting. A total of more than 1,000 educational cadres and teachers attended the conference including the Economic Commission, the Financial Affairs Office and the Construction Committee and other units affiliated to the urban districts and counties.
