目的探讨米非司酮用于绝经后妇女取环术的效果。方法选择门诊要求取节育器的绝经妇女65例作为观察组,取环前口服米非司酮,对照组70例为就诊后即行取环术,术后均常规抗炎治疗3~7 d。结果观察组顺利取出60例,宫口易于扩张,手术时间短,术后阴道出血1~5 d;对照组取出47例,术中宫口不易扩张,下腹坠胀重,术后阴道出血3~7 d。结论米非司酮用于绝经后妇女取环术提高了成功率。
Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone on cycloplegia in postmenopausal women. Methods 65 outpatients were enrolled in this study. One hundred and sixty-five menopausal women with IUDs were selected as the observation group. Mifepristone was given orally in the control group, and 70 cases in the control group were treated by ring-opening. All patients were given conventional anti-inflammatory for 3 to 7 days. Results The observation group was successfully removed in 60 cases, cervix easy to expand, the operation time is short, postoperative vaginal bleeding 1 ~ 5 d; control group of 47 cases removed intraoperative cervix is not easy to expand, lower abdominal bulge weight, postoperative vaginal bleeding 3 ~ 7 d. Conclusion The use of mifepristone for postmenopausal women improves the success rate.
