嘧啶氧磷学名O、O——二乙基——(2——甲氧基——4甲基——嘧啶基——6)硫逐磷酸脂。系江西省农药厂试制的新农药。为了测定它对稻飞虱的防治效果,并为大面积推广使用提供依据。笔者在稻飞虱重发生区的宜春市下浦公社进行了药效试验。一、试验过程1982年9月下旬在稻飞虱大发生时,用50%嘧啶氧磷乳油分每亩1、2、3两三种不同用量,并以50%敌敌畏乳油每亩3两和喷清水作对照。试验小区面积为0.1亩,两次重复。小区之间开沟作埂,施前取药样50蔸调查虫口基数。9月24日施药,每小区所用农药均加水20斤稀释,粗水喷雾。施药后第1和第3天在处理区内检查虫口减少率。
