立场具有基础性、根本性、具体性和原则性的特征。立场体系包括一般立场、基本立场和核心立场。科学发展观是被实践证明了的关于中国特色社会主义建设的科学的理论体系。它具有科学的、社会主义的、真理的和公正的立场等四个基本立场以及以人为本这一核心立场。科学发展观继承了马克思主义的历史唯物主义思想,体现了中国共产党全心全意为人民服务的思想,最终为了实现人的自由而全面的发展,以人为本的立场是科学发展观的核心立场,是科学发展观基本立场的根本出发点和最终归宿。
Position has the basic, fundamental, specific and principled characteristics. The position system includes the general position, the basic position and the core position. The scientific concept of development is a scientifically proven theoretical system of building socialism with Chinese characteristics that has been proved by practice. It has four basic positions of science, socialism, truth and fairness, and its core position of putting people first. The Scientific Outlook on Development has inherited the Marxist historical materialism, embodies the CPC’s thought of serving the people wholeheartedly.
