目的:指出碘普罗胺注射液(优维显)说明书中存在有关碘过敏试验的悖论,并提出修改意见,以明确指导临床正确使用,规避医疗风险,保障患者安全。方法:针对碘普罗胺说明书中有关碘过敏试验的相关内容进行深入解读,对碘过敏试验是否应进行及其试验方法进行讨论。结果:根据我国现行卫生行政法规要求,碘普罗胺注射液如果没有在说明书中明确指出其作为特例无需做过敏试验,就必须遵照通用原则应进行碘过敏试验。结论:建议相关单位对碘普罗胺说明书尽快进行修订,以明确正确用法,规范医疗措施,切实保障患者安全。
OBJECTIVE: To point out the paradox of iodine allergy test in the instruction of Iopromide injection (Uygur) and to put forward the suggestions for revising it so as to guide the correct use of clinical medicine, avoid medical risks and ensure the safety of patients. Methods: Iodopamide instructions for iodine allergy test related content in-depth interpretation of the iodine allergy test should be carried out and its test methods are discussed. Results: According to the current health administrative regulations in our country, Iopromide injection should be iodine allergy test in accordance with the general principles if it is not specified in the manual as a special case without allergy test. Conclusion: It is suggested that the related units should revise the description of Ipaprolamine as soon as possible to clarify the correct usage, standardize the medical measures and effectively protect the safety of patients.
