在日益增多的建筑数量进程中,如何对既有旧建筑保有清醒的认识加以科学对待,已经成为一个不容忽视的社会问题。特别是近年大批几近退出历史潮流的旧产业建筑应如何处置,已越发受到社会的重视,本文即对这一突出问题展开探讨。
In the process of increasing the number of buildings, how to treat the existing old buildings with a clear understanding and scientifically has become a social issue that can not be ignored. In particular, in recent years, a large number of old industrial buildings which have almost withdrawn from the historical trend should be treated more and more and have drawn more and more attention from the society. This article explores this outstanding issue.
