通过对情绪调节理论发展历程的探讨,分析和总结了人们对情绪的认识和态度转变过程,指出了对情绪正确认识的方法是理解情绪背后的意义。要解除情绪给人带来的困扰,维持心理健康,就必须对情绪进行科学的认识,理解情绪的意义。
Through the discussion of the development process of emotion regulation theory, this paper analyzes and summarizes people’s understanding of emotion and attitude change process, and points out that the correct understanding of emotion is the meaning behind understanding emotion. In order to relieve the troubles caused by emotions and maintain mental health, we must make a scientific understanding of emotions and understand the meaning of emotions.
