摆臂是田径运动中最简单的技术动作,是短跑项目中最基础的技术环节,可能由于它的简单和人们的惯性思维,在训练、教学中对摆臂的创新往往容易被忽视。在训练、教学中,进行了圆周形摆臂动作的尝试,发现圆周摆臂动作没有前后摆臂中短暂的停顿动作产生,可以有效地提高步频;在前摆过程中,可以通过加大肘关节的夹角来有效地提高步幅。同时,练习时学生的积极性很高,乐于尝试,积极练习,对提高短跑成绩起到了较好的效果。
The swing arm is the simplest technical action in track and field and is the most basic technical link in the sprint project. Because of its simplicity and people’s inertia thinking, the innovation of the swing arm in training and teaching is often overlooked. During the training and teaching, we tried to find the action of the circular oscillating arm. We found that there is no short-term stopping action in the oscillating arm in the front and back. This can effectively improve the step frequency. In the process of front swinging, Knuckle angle to effectively improve the pace. At the same time, the practice of students with high enthusiasm, willing to try, active practice, improve sprint performance played a good effect.
