图20是加压装置的液压系统图,图21是挤压前断面图,图22是正在挤压的断面图,图23是挤压后断面图。以前的加压成型法,特别是挤压铸造存在的问题之一就是定量供给熔融金属。定量供给熔融金属是非常困难的,目前已提出许多方案。例如预先计算工件的体积来设计专用的铸勺,根据工件重量来供给熔融金属,设计流道及补缩冒口,间接加压或成型切除不要那部份等。

In the past, one of the problems of press forming, especially squeeze casting, was to quantitatively supply molten metal. It is very difficult to quantitatively supply molten metal, and many proposals have been made so far. For example, the volume of the workpiece is pre-calculated to design a special casting spoon, according to the weight of the workpiece to provide molten metal, design flow channel and feeder riser, indirect pressure or molding cut off that part and so on.
