The prognostic value of flow cytometry DNA ploidy assays for colorectal cancer patients has not yet been fully elucidated. The authors have reported the relationship between nuclear DNA composition and several clinical and pathological changes and P53 protein expression in patients with colorectal cancer. The prognostic significance of DNA ploidy assays (measured by flow cytometry using frozen tumor specimens) was performed for patients with curative resection of eyes and stage IV colon cancer. 1990.1
