On July 17, 2009, Wu Xiaoping, the principal of Liu Ning Piano School in Dalian, led three students to Tokyo, Japan for the performance of children’s education for out-of-school children in Wenchuan-stricken area. The event was started by a Japanese pianist who was nearly ninetieth named Kasai. The elderly have lived in Dalian, China for 13 years and have a profound feeling for the Chinese people. Xiao-Ping Wu, the president of the school, was very grateful to all the elderly people in Lijing for doing something about the children in the disaster-stricken areas in China.
