目的:评价MRI联合CT诊断脑膜瘤的效果和准确性.方法:53例疑似脑膜瘤患者纳入研究,行MRI、CT检查,以病理检查结果作为金标准,分析MRI、CT单独诊断及联合诊断的效果.结果:MRI诊断准确率86.79％、CT诊断准确率84.91％、联合诊断准确率94.34％,联合诊断准确率明显高于MRI、CT诊断率,P＜0.05.结论:MRI联合CT诊断脑膜瘤的准确率较高.“,”Objective To evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of MRI combined with CT in the diagnosis of meningioma.Methods Fifty-three patients with suspected meningiomas were included in the study. MRI and CT were performed. Pathological examination results were used as the gold standard,the effects of MRI and CT alone and combined diagnosis were analyzed. Results MRI diagnosis accuracy rate was 86.79％, CT diagnosis accuracy rate was 84.91％, combined diagnosis accuracy rate was 94.34％, combined diagnosis accuracy rate was significantly higher than MRI and CT diagnosis rate, P＜0.05.Conclusion The accuracy of MRI combined with CT in diagnosing meningioma is relatively high.
