金湖县育才小学是一所具有百年历史的老校,经过几代人的艰苦创业、革故鼎新,现已发展为全县规模最大的一所小学。我校依据实际情况,提出了科体艺教育的十六字方针“面向全体,激发兴趣,扶植特长,形成特色”,确立了科体艺教育的基本工作思路:课堂教学、活动课程、星期天艺校三线并进,打好科体艺教育的基本素质,近年来,围绕这一思路,我校有步骤、分层次地实施科体艺教育“一二三”工程(一年健全,二年见效,三年创特色)。在实施过程中切实做到一全、二化、三保证(一全指科体艺教育要面向全体学生;二化指科体艺教育的开展注意层次化,管理要规范化;三保证即师资队伍、场地器材,训练时间的保证)。已初步取得了一些成效。抓普及促提高把科体艺教育洒向每一个学生我校一直狠抓科体艺教育的全面普及,要求每个育才学生在小学毕业之前至少要参加两种类别的兴趣组队,至少拿两门特长合格证书。我们除开齐科体艺学科课程,开足课时外,还抓住契机适时开展科体艺教育实践活动,创设浓厚的科体艺教育氛围。现在我校成立的各种科技类、艺术类、体育类兴趣组队达42个,学生参与率100％。
