Osteoporosis is a serious disease in postmenopausal women and can easily lead to fractures. Preliminary work shows that pulsed mechanical loading can promote bone growth and bone healing in mice. However, the improvement of osteoporosis in mice induced by our original pulsed spinal mechanical loading remains to be explored. Using postmenopausal osteoporotic animal models of ovariectomized (OVX) mice, we validated the hypothesis that spinal mechanical loading treats osteoporosis by promoting the differentiation of osteoblasts and inhibiting the development of osteoclasts. C57BL / 6 female mice (14 weeks old) were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham operation group, OVX control
