目的 :探讨 L AK细胞对不同的 B淋巴白血病细胞的杀伤能力存在着差异的机理。方法 :采用低浓度的重组人白介素 - 2 (rh IL- 2 )诱导的胎脾 L AK细胞杀伤 B淋巴白血病细胞系 Daudi和 Bri- 8的 5 1 Cr释放实验。结果 :发现在不同的 L AK效应细胞和靶细胞比 (E∶ T)条件下 ,胎脾 L AK细胞对两种不同的 B淋巴白血病细胞的杀伤能力随E∶ T比的增大而增强 (P<0 .0 1)。在相同 E∶ T比时 ,对 Daudi的杀伤率显著高于对 Bri- 8的杀伤率 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,各 E∶ T比的平均杀伤率 Daudi为 (6 7.40± 11.5 5 ) % ,Bri- 8为 (34 .13± 12 .76 ) % (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :胎脾 L AK细胞对不同的 B淋巴白血病细胞的杀伤能力存在着差异 ,可能与 B淋巴白血病细胞的分化程度有关。E∶ T比越大杀伤活性越强。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of different cytotoxicity of L AK cells against different B lymphoid leukemia cells. Methods: 5 1 Cr release from B lymphoid leukemia cell lines Daudi and Bri-8 was induced by low concentration recombinant human interleukin-2 (rh IL-2) induced by fetal spleen L AK cells. Results: It was found that the lethal ability of fetal LKL cells to two different B lymphoblastic leukemia cells increased with increasing E: T ratio under different L AK effector to target cell ratios (E: T) ( P <0 .0 1). At the same E: T ratio, the killing rate against Daudi was significantly higher than that against Bri-8 (P <0.01). The average lethal Daudi at each E: T ratio was (6.70 ± 11.5) )%, Bri-8 was (34.13 ± 12.76)% (P <0.001). Conclusion: There is a difference in the killing ability of fetal L AK cells against different B lymphoid leukemia cells, which may be related to the differentiation of B lymphoid leukemia cells. The greater the E: T ratio, the greater the killing activity.
