乡(镇)林业工作站,是乡(镇)政府机构负责林业工作的职能部门,同时也是林业部门的基层组织。搞好林业工作的关键是要解决好林业站的人员编制问题。当前在林业站的工作人员中,有相当一部分是林业辅导员。许多辅导员在林业战线上已经实干了一二十年,但至今仍然是临时工。由于没有转编,他们的劳保福利,粮食供应,子女就学,工资待遇等问题长期得不到解决。这是长期困扰
