In order to investigate the hearing loss after hemorrhagic shock, the authors observed the changes of cochlea under electron microscope through horseradish peroxidase (HRP) by guinea pig bloodletting. Eight guinea pigs were divided into three groups. In group A, half of the circulating blood was released and the blood pressure was close to zero. The capillary blood vessels inside the cochlear stria vascularized blood stasis without HRP reaction products. In contrast, HRP reaction products were found in the helical ligaments without blood stasis. B group after blood loss blood pressure was maintained at 20mmHg, half of the blood vessels of the capillary leak HRP, without blood stasis. Blood vessels in the control group capillaries, see rare HRP reaction products, no blood stasis. The author reported in 1986 that guinea pigs were severed in their neck due to acute deficiency
