为读写困难症儿童提供专业服务,帮助这一特殊群体平等获取和利用图书馆资源。以国家社科基金课题为依托,从文献与问卷调查、实践服务推广、社会多方合作等方面,宣传并推动读写困难症儿童的图书馆服务,对我国公共图书馆全面推行读写困难症儿童服务作进一步的深入思考:外部建设方面,构建完善的制度保障体系、建立广泛的多方合作关系、开展多样的服务宣传推广;内部建设方面,配置合理的馆藏资源布局、加强有效的特殊服务内容、提供友好的辅助服务环境、打造专业的精英服务团队。
