当太阳在头顶上火辣辣地照射着,强烈的阳光直射得人眼睛白晃晃,吴英芳早已开始了一天的走访工作。如今,上门走访、掌握社区服务对象基本情况已是吴英芳每天的必修课之一。为掌握社区失业人员状况,吴英芳勤于跟踪了解,准确、及时记录社区内失业人员的就业动态,并积极联系用人单位,多方面、多渠道为失业人员提供就业岗位。现在,双东坊社区的劳动力就业率已达到99%,就业困难人员就业率达到了92%,动态消除了零就业家庭。社区也连续四年被评为“充分就业社区”。在去年7月份举行的全国就业先进表彰大会上,吴英芳被授予“全国就业先进工作者”称号。
