《基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)》明确指出“为保障和促进课程对不同地区、学校、学生的要求,实行国家、地方和学校的三级课程管理。”文章将对我国农村中小学校本课程开发现状予以分析,并对农村中小学在开发校本课程时的原则、方法和策略进行探索,以期能对农村中小学课程开发有一些帮助。
