电泳是一种常用的分离物质的手段,在医学研究和临床上有广泛的应用。分析电泳标本,传统的方法是手工剪脱比色,后来则由光密度计描记曲线再进行求积计算。本文介绍我们研制的一种基于比尔(Beer)定律的新的电泳分析仪器,该仪器以微处理机为核心,具有自动分峰、消峰、积分、计算及自动校正光密度曲线的基线和幅度的智能,通过键盘和数码显示可实现简单的人机对话、参数设置;命令输入和寻错,并配有检测仪器工作性能的光密度测试片。
Electrophoresis is a commonly used means of separation of substances in medical research and clinical has a wide range of applications.
