多年以后,回溯中国有线数字电视的发展史,试点、整转和双向,无疑是三个具有里程碑意义的词汇;与之对应的状态,是无序、有序和优序;折射出的心态,则是自发、从被动到主动再到自觉。这是一个螺旋式上升的过程,亦是整个有线乃至广电行业在震荡中打开上行通道的成长之旅。综观现代产业的发展史,任何一个领域的兴起都要经历一个痛苦而兴奋的过程,中国的有线数字电视亦不例外。正因为有了整体转换这个必然前提,才使得体制、政策、技术、商业模式中蕴含的一系列深层次矛盾在短时间内集中爆发出来。勇敢的先行者为同行开辟出道路,后面的跟进者则能更富智慧地选择方向——自去年下半年以来,双向整转与体制整合即成为新的风向标。在本期的“数字电视全国时间系列报道之九”中,我们选择了湖南、西宁和海南三个基点,从体制、模式和技术的坐标系中,勾勒有线数字电视双向整转的新走向。
