从心理学角度讲,思维品质是思维产生和发展中表现出来的个性差异。我们经常数学思维品质具有灵活性、敏捷性、批判性、独创性、严谨性、深刻性、广阔性等多个方面。数学思维品质的灵活性指的是不过多地受思维定势的影响,善于从旧的模式或传统的制约条件中解脱出来,及时转向,迅速找到解决问题的途径,灵活地表现在解题速度和技巧两个方面,并且巧妙地运用各种适当的解题方法,能够化繁为简,化难为易,出奇制胜,大大提高解题速度。
