文章通过对西部地区三级公路交通安全状况分析和研究,从自然条件、路线条件、路侧条件等8个方面选取了28项对三级公路的交通安全影响较大的因素作为评价指标,建立了三级公路交通安全的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和模糊数学理论确定三级公路交通安全状况的模糊综合评价模型,提出了科学的用于评价三级公路交通安全的模糊综合评价方法,并结合甘肃省境内国道212线的交通安全状况进行实例分析,结果表明,该方法与公路部门的调查具有很好的吻合性,能很好的反应三级公路的交通安全状况。
