财政部10月24日电报指示:1961年农业稅一律征收实物,不收代金。省委于10月29日召开的各地市委电话会議上巳进行了布置,为了贯彻财政部和省委的指示,对农业稅征收实物的有关問題规定如下: 一、我省1961年农业税(包括正税和地方附加)不论粮食作物地区和其他作物地区(经济作物、农林特产、园艺作物等地区),一律征收实物;对产粮地区应一律交納粮食,凡有粮食征购任务的,应尽先完成农业稅,剩余部份再作为购粮;对于粮食、经济、农林特产、园艺作物兼作的地区,原则上按照各該队粮食作物与经济作物的比例交納。
