Today, the Editorial Department of the Journal of Architecture invites some experts and professors to comment on the design of the new library project of the Tsinghua University Library. Why this project was chosen because we have been looking for examples of excellent architectural engineering that do not use luxury materials, but can be designed to give it ideological connotation. It fits this situation perfectly. Some of Beijing’s comrades call it a “cooking of coarse grains,” and Shanghai calls it “a bowl of Yangchun noodles”.
