肾脏是合成前列腺素属物质的主要脏器之一,前列地尔(PGE_1)具有对末梢血管的扩张作用和抗血小板凝集作用。静脉给药后,在肾脏组织浓度最高,直接作用于血管平滑肌,扩张肾动脉,调节肾血流量。我们应用北京泰得制药有限公司生产的PGE_1(商品名凯时),静脉注射治疗慢性肾衰患者,临床上取得较满意疗效,有几点体会,现报告如下。1 材料和方法1.1 本组32例患者均来自我院住院病人,其中男20例,女12例,年龄32～70岁,其中原发病分别为:慢性肾小球肾炎
The kidneys are one of the major organs for the synthesis of prostaglandins. Prostaglandin (PGE_1) has the effects of expanding peripheral blood vessels and anti-platelet aggregation. After intravenous administration, the highest concentration in the kidney tissue, a direct role in vascular smooth muscle, expansion of renal artery, regulate renal blood flow. We use Beijing Ted Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. PGE_1 (trade name Kay when), intravenous treatment of chronic renal failure patients, clinically more satisfactory results, a few experiences, are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 The group of 32 patients were from our hospital inpatients, including 20 males and 12 females, aged 32 to 70 years, of which the primary disease were: chronic glomerulonephritis
