我区地处株洲城郊,全区10个乡镇,109个行政村,15万人口。现有9个卫生院,47个卫生所,69个村卫生室,乡村卫技人员307人。自1992年以来,我们在深化农村卫生改革,巩固发展三级医疗防保网,切实加强农村卫生机构建设等方面,积极探索,大胆实践,推行了“乡村卫生机构一体化”管理。经过几年的实践,我们运用这种管理形式顺利地完成了医药市场的整顿,实现了初级卫生保健工作达标,搞活了乡村卫生经济,有力地推动了农村卫生事业的发展。1 实施“一体化管理”的做法 1992年上半年,我们把在全区实行乡村卫生机构一体化
Our district is located in the outskirts of Zhuzhou, with 10 townships, 109 administrative villages and 150,000 people. There are 9 health centers, 47 health clinics, 69 village clinics, and 307 rural health workers. Since 1992, we have been deepening the reform of rural health, consolidating and developing the three-level medical defense network, and effectively strengthening the construction of rural health institutions. We have actively explored and boldly practiced and implemented the management of “integration of rural health institutions”. After several years of practice, we have successfully completed the rectification of the pharmaceutical market with this type of management, achieved primary health care work standards, invigorated the rural health economy, and effectively promoted the development of rural health services. 1 Implementing the “integrated management” approach In the first half of 1992, we integrated the implementation of rural health agencies in the region.
