应用扫描电镜和冷冻蚀刻电镜法观察了体外培养中LAK细胞及对Raji瘤细胞的杀伤攻击现象。文中首先描述了LAK细胞及Raji瘤细胞的超微形态,并重点探讨了对瘤细胞的杀伤效应。作者认为杀伤过程可分为两步:第一步系LAK细胞主动性识别靠拢和贴附包围瘤细胞,第二步系攻击效应,攻击杀伤时主要表现为LAK细胞以胞吐分泌方式对靶细胞进行穿凿性降解,导致靶细胞胞体空洞形成或贯通性损伤,最终引起靶细胞胞浆外泄而死。作者还就上述过程进行了讨论。
Scanning electron microscopy and cryo-etching electron microscopy were used to observe the in vitro killing of LAK cells and Raji tumor cells.
