当前,高职院校人事档案管理总体水平较低,还远远跟不上信息化快速发展的步伐。笔者通过现场调研、问卷调查、电话采访等多种方式,对呼和浩特市范围内的多所高职院校进行了深入调研,分析得出高职院校人事档案管理中的现存问题,进而提出相应的创新管理建议,从而推动高职院校人事档案的有序发展,为人事档案更好地服务学校做一些尝试。
At present, the overall level of personnel archives management in higher vocational colleges is still far behind and the pace of rapid development of informationization is far behind. Through field investigation, questionnaire survey and telephone interview, the author conducts an in-depth research on a number of higher vocational colleges in Hohhot and analyzes the existing problems in the personnel archives management in higher vocational colleges. Innovation management recommendations, so as to promote the orderly development of personnel files in higher vocational colleges, to do better for the school personnel files to try.
