目的:通过观察理脾阴正方对脾阴虚证大鼠回肠组织中MDA含量、GSH-PX以及线粒体呼吸链酶复合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ活性的影响,探讨其对脾阴虚证大鼠自由基代谢和细胞能量代谢的恢复机理。方法:以复合因素损害大鼠,对正常对照组、脾阴虚模型组、脾阴虚中药反证组用比色法检测回肠组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性以及回肠组织线粒体Ⅰ、Ⅳ活性。结果:(1)脾阴虚模型组MDA含量明显高于正常组(P<0.05)、GSH-Px、线粒体呼吸链酶复合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ活性明显低于正常组(P<0.05)。(2)脾阴虚中药反证组MDA含量低于脾阴虚模型组(P<0.05)、GSH-Px、线粒体呼吸链酶复合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ活性活性高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:理脾阴正方能提高大鼠回肠组织中GSH-Px、线粒体呼吸链酶复合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ的活性,降低大鼠回肠组织中脂质过氧化物MDA的含量,这可能是理脾阴正方对脾阴虚证大鼠自由基修复和细胞能量代谢障碍的保护机理。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Li Pi Yin on the content of MDA, the content of GSH-PX and the activity of mitochondrial respiratory chain complex Ⅰ and Ⅳ in rats with spleen-Yin Deficiency Syndrome, and to explore its effect on the free radical metabolism And cell energy metabolism recovery mechanism. Methods: Rats were sacrificed by compounding factors. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione peroxidase (MDA) in ileal tissue were detected by colorimetric method in normal control group, spleen yin deficiency model group and spleen yin deficiency syndrome group (GSH-Px) activity and ileum tissue mitochondria Ⅰ, Ⅳ activity. Results: (1) The content of MDA in spleen-yin deficiency model group was significantly higher than that in normal group (P <0.05). The activities of GSH-Px and mitochondrial respiratory chain complex Ⅰ and Ⅳ were significantly lower than those in normal group (P <0.05). (2) The content of MDA in spleen yin deficiency syndrome group was lower than that in spleen yin deficiency model group (P <0.05). The activities of GSH-Px and mitochondrial respiratory chain complex Ⅰ and Ⅳ were higher than those in model group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Li-Pi-Yin-Fang can increase the activity of GSH-Px and mitochondrial respiratory chain complex Ⅰ and Ⅳ in rat ileum and decrease the contents of lipid peroxide MDA in rat ileum, Effect of Zongfang on Protection of Free Radicals and Cellular Energy Metabolism in Rats with Spleen Yin Deficiency Syndrome.
