文中讨论了阶次分析技术及其实现的基本原理,并导出了其中用到的一些计算公式。应用阶次跟踪理论,对某车辆内异常噪声源进行了便捷、高效地辨识,对确定的噪声源做了充分的验证性试验,确认了阶次跟踪理论的实用性、可靠性。结果表明阶次跟踪法较传统的频谱分析法在旋转机械噪声源识别上更便捷高效,具有一定的优势,具有较强的实用和推广价值。
In this paper, the basic principles of the order analysis technique and its implementation are discussed, and some of the formulas used in it are derived. The application of order tracking theory, a vehicle noise source within a convenient and efficient identification of the noise source to do a full confirmatory test confirmed order tracking theory of practicality and reliability. The results show that the order tracking method is more convenient and efficient than the traditional spectrum analysis method to identify the noise sources of rotating machinery, which has some advantages and has strong practical and promotional value.
