在新课程改革的作用下,学校内的教学方式和教学效率正在不断深入和提升,这就要求学校的管理模式也必须与时俱进、不断改进。就现阶段我国的校园管理体系来看,虽然可以说是已经获得了一定的成就,但是在现实的校园管理中仍然存在着很多不足之处,需要教育者们不断的探究和解决。本文我将对当下初中校园管理模式中出现的问题进行分析,在了解问题的同时,提出一些相关的改进对策,为学生打造更和谐的校园环境。
Under the effect of the new curriculum reform, the teaching methods and teaching efficiency in schools are constantly deepening and improving, which requires that the management model of schools must also keep pace with the times and improve continuously. In terms of the current campus management system in our country, although it can be said that some achievements have been made, there are still many shortcomings in the reality of campus management, which requires educators to continuously explore and solve them. In this article, I will analyze the problems that arise in the current junior high school campus management model. While understanding the problems, I will put forward some related improvement measures to create a more harmonious campus environment for students.
