网络计划方法自20世纪60年代转入中国后,在生产中得到了应用,它符合工程施工的要求,特别适用于施工的组织与管理。从国内外的情况看,应用这种方法最多的是工程施工单位。同国外发达国家相比,目前我国在网络计划技术的理论水平与应用方面相差无几,但在应用管理上,特别是计划执行中的监督与控制以及跟踪调整方面比较落后,基本上停留在计划的编制上。如何在施工管理中提高网络计划技术的应用水平是本文所要讨论的问题。
