目的建立血液中13种挥发性有机物的吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱测定方法。方法血样经纯水稀释,加入消泡剂和同位素内标,经过吹扫捕集装置吹脱、捕集、解吸,DM-inertWAX毛细管色谱柱分离,气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测,采用选择离子方式扫描,通过目标组分的质谱图和保留时间定性,内标法定量。结果在该条件下,13种挥发性有机物在0.023 ng/ml~5.92 ng/ml时线性关系良好,相关系数在0.995以上,2个样品加标回收率为80.1%~107.8%,相对标准偏差为4.6%~10.0%。结论本法操作简单、快速、准确、经济、线性范围广,适用于血液中13种挥发性有机物的分析。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of 13 volatile organic compounds in blood by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods The blood samples were diluted with pure water and added defoamer and isotope internal standard. The samples were purged by a purging and trapping device, captured and desorbed, separated on a DM-inertWAX capillary column and detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) The method of scanning was qualitatively determined by the mass spectrum of the target component and the retention time, and was quantified by the internal standard method. Results Under this condition, the linear relationship of 13 volatile organic compounds was good at 0.023 ng / ml ~ 5.92 ng / ml, the correlation coefficient was above 0.995, the recoveries of two samples were 80.1% ~ 107.8%, the relative standard deviations were 4.6% ~ 10.0%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate, economical and has a wide linear range and is suitable for the analysis of 13 volatile organic compounds in the blood.
